By participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

   I understand that the activities involved in this Wellness Morning — including but not limited to running/walking, guided breathwork, meditation, sound therapy, movement, recovery practices, and related wellness activities — may involve physical, mental, or emotional exertion. I acknowledge and accept that these activities carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, fainting, emotional release, or other unforeseen effects.

   I voluntarily choose to participate, and I assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages I may incur.

   2. Medical Disclaimer

   I confirm that I am physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to participate. I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions to the facilitators prior to the event. I acknowledge that none of the practices provided constitute medical advice or treatment. If I have any concerns regarding my health, I will consult a qualified medical professional before participating.

   3. Release of Liability

   I hereby release, waive, and discharge 1Hotel Melbourne, The Breath Haus Pty Ltd, All Ours Running, their owners, employees, facilitators, contractors, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from participation in this event, including any loss, injury, or damage that may occur.

   4. Consent to Media & Marketing

   I consent to the use of photos, video, and audio recordings taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes by 1Hotel Melbourne, The Breath Haus, and All Ours. If I do not wish to be recorded, I will notify the event organizers prior to participation.

   5. Consent to Communication

   I consent to receive marketing emails and event updates from 1Hotel Melbourne, The Breath Haus Pty Ltd, and All Ours Running. I understand I may unsubscribe at any time.

   6. Governing Law

   This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
