The Breath Haus x City of Melbourne: Now or Never Festival!

We're beyond excited to announce our official partnership with the City of Melbourne as part of this year’s Now or Never Festival, Melbourne’s leading celebration of art, technology, sound, and future-thinking experiences.

This August, The Breath Haus will be facilitating two massive, full-body, full-sensory breathwork sessions inside MATRIA. An immersive, living art installation that responds to sound, light, and movement. Think: a giant, breathing membrane. A space designed to make you feel like you’re inside a living organism.

It’s unlike anything ever done before.

Held inside the iconic Royal Exhibition Building, these sessions will offer up to 250 people per event a chance to drop into deep stillness, presence, and nervous system reset—guided by our signature Breath Haus style, blending music, somatics, science, and soul.

We’re bringing breathwork to the cultural stage, and this partnership is a huge moment in showing how powerful, accessible, and creative this practice can be when brought to life in new spaces.
